Profit Optimizer Pro End User Agreement

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Profit Optimizer Pro, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing, accessing, or using Profit Optimizer Pro (“Software” or “Service”), you agree to the following terms.

1. License & Usage Rights

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Profit Optimizer Pro for your internal business purposes.
• You don’t own the software you’re licensing access.
• You may not resell, share, reverse-engineer, or misuse the software in ways outside this Agreement.

2. Account, Subscription & Payment

• You agree to provide accurate business and billing information when signing up.
• Subscriptions are billed in U.S. dollars and auto-renew unless canceled.
• If you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your paid term no partial refunds for unused time.
• Your subscription covers usage within your business only; outside use requires prior approval.

3. Data & Privacy

• Profit Optimizer Pro connects to your accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks) to analyze your financial data.
• We don’t sell your data your information is used solely for running reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
• It’s your responsibility to back up your data. We aren’t liable for any data loss outside of our platform.

4. Updates & Features

• We continually improve Profit Optimizer Pro. Updates, feature enhancements, or bug fixes may roll out automatically.
• From time to time, we may offer beta features these are provided “as-is,” with no guarantees.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Resell or sublicense Profit Optimizer Pro without permission.
• Share access credentials with non-authorized users.
• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or alter the software.
• Use the software for fraudulent financial reporting or misleading activities.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of this Agreement. You may cancel anytime; however, obligations such as outstanding fees and data/privacy clauses survive termination.

7. Liability & Warranties

Profit Optimizer Pro is provided “as-is.” While we strive for accuracy, we can’t guarantee the software will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

• Our liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the last 12 months.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, including missed profits or decisions based on your financial reports.

8. Agreement Updates

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted within the platform. By continuing to use Profit Optimizer Pro after changes, you accept the updated terms.
